The arresting officer didn’t use his common sense in the first place. No matter what the backstory is if there’s one at all, praying in your head as a charge could never stand up in court.

Strange that CNA has used the wrong word twice in the article. Once in the by-line and once in the body of the article. ie. ambitious instead of ambiguous.
