There is a verse in the bible that talks about an Angel who delivers a message but at the same time because the Angel is not Human it carries out the message but does not trully understand it.

I have looked through the bible for every passage that has the word “angel”, and I am pretty sure there is no such passage. It is probably a non-bibical story.
