Looking for Saints (in all the right places)

Hello to all,

I am a Confirmation teacher and my class starts in about a week. My students have less than 2 weeks to pick their confirmation saint and this usually leads to hastily made decisions and picking of saints they know nothing about. In the past, my students have almost all had internet access. If you know of some web sites out there where a student can learn particularly about saints please respond. I of course will be sending to www.catholic.com but I could use as many saint sites as possible.

Pax,

One of my favorite, and most complete, sites is:

saintpatrickdc.org/ss/ss-index.htm

which is run by a good friend of mine. Enjoy!

Try Saints and Angels at Catholic Online.

catholic.org/saints/

I used it for an All Saints Day project for my CCE class and it has a lot of neat stuff.

You realize that I now have “Looking for love in all the wrong places” now running through my head.

MAKE IT STOP!!!

OK, here you go…"Flintstones, meet the Flintstones…:dancing:

St Fred and St Wilma???

Wanna get that out of your head? Try the “Meow Mix” theme or “Mmmbop.” “The Macarena.” “Achy Brakey Heart.”

Sick yet? Hate me yet?
