This is related to questions asked before. If, according to some postings on the web, Old Catholic orders are valid, how does the very obviously non-valid “ordination” of women in that group affect the overall status?
Only the men would be ordained. For the women it would only be an illusion and make no difference in the overall status.

Depends. Polish National Catholics left the Anglican-Old Catholic communion over this issue. The PNCC rejects the ordination of women.
