Please pray for my confession today to go well.
Really nervous/stressed (and rightly so too).
I want to make a good confession. Please pray that I will make a good one calmly.

Given it’s so late in the night I will assume you went to confession. I hope it went well and you were able to hear the glorious words of absolution. Our God is ever forgiving to those who repent.

I’ve had those same feelings but every time whichever priest I have is so kind and helpful with uplifting words and advice. I always leave wondering why I dreaded it so much. Picture Jesus carrying the little lamb that has wandered off.
