Pray for the victims of the attacks in Norway

For the dead victims:

Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May their souls and all the souls of the faithful
departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
Amen.

For others–the injured, those who lost loved ones, security officers on duty, medics, rescue workers, volunteers etc:

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee;
blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

:harp:Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May their souls and all the souls of the faithful
departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
Amen.

For them and their families and friends we pray.

Eternal rest, grant unto them, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May their souls and all the souls of the faithful
departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
Amen.

Lord, may you have mercy upon the souls of all involved, friend or foe, dead or injured. May something good come of this chaos. Amen.

Praying hard.

Our Father, Who Art in Heaven,
Hallowed Be Thy Name,
Thy Kingdom Come,
Thy Will Be Done,
On Earth As It Is in Heaven.

Give Us This Day Our Daily Bread,
And Forgive Us Our Trespasses,
As We Forgive Those Who Trespass Against Us,
And Lead Us Not Into Temptation,
But Deliver Us From Evil.

AMEN.

St. Ansgar, Apostle of Norway, pray for your countrymen.
St. Olaf, King and Patron of Norway, do the same.

Amen

For all who have died and for all those who are suffering the effects
of the brutality in Norway, may God have mercy on their souls. Amen.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place our trust in Thee.
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

I will pray a rosary for the people of Norway. May God bless them all. :grouphug:

Many moons ago, I lived in Norway for about a year. Such a peaceful environment. Such wonderful, warm, welcoming people. It has been very difficult for me to get my head around what happened there. :frowning:
