Pro-Life Students to Take Silent Stand in School Against Abortion

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) – Pro-life students at more than 1,000 college and high school campuses across the nation will take a silent stand for life later this month.

They will participate in the third annual Students’ Day of Silent Solidarity on Tuesday, October 24 by taking a vow of silence during their classes as a way of protesting abortion.

“Thousands of American babies are permanently silenced every day by the violent act of abortion,” Bryan Kemper, president of Stand True Ministries said in a statement LifeNews.com received about the event.

“This day is in honor of those children, and we will stay silent as an act of solidarity with these innocent victims,” Kemper explained.

Students participating in the event will wear red armbands or red duct tape over the mouths and will distribute educational literature to anyone who asks why they have been silent throughout the school day.

Home-school students will mark the day by visiting local malls and other public venues to distribute more information about abortion and how it kills children and hurts women.

Go students!

I wonder what would happen if EVERYONE who was pro-life did this? Students, teachers, workers… That would be REALLY interesting.

Awesome!
