Rasmussen Reports: Obama 48% Romney 47% (October 2, 2012)

rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll

“The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows President Obama attracting support from 48% of voters nationwide, while Mitt Romney earns the vote from 47%. One percent (1%) prefer some other candidate, and three percent (3%) are undecided.”

I put this up simply to show that the race may be closer than “other polls” show. Scott Rasmussen nailed the 2008 election, so his polls might yield greater credibility.

Yes it will be close. The media wants you to believe it’s all over for Romney .

After two weeks of “election slipping away for Romney” we see every poll tightening, many within the margin of error. How odd…

CNN has it close, even with a +8% democratic registration lead.

Rasmussen is probably one of the most, if not the most accurate presidential poll.

I just can’t believe so many are willing to vote for Obama.

Rasmussen uses a 2004 and 2008 blend.

I believe that they should be using a 2004 and 2010 blend.

Especially Catholics. It never ceases to amaze me how Catholics can overlook Obama’s anti-Catholic positions on so many issues for the sake of social justice. Forget abortion, contraception, gay marriage, and the HHS mandate.

I’m following most closely the polls from battleground states, which will determine the electoral vote. Every indication I’ve seen shows Obama with a commanding lead in the likely electoral votes.

Of course, anything can happen. Maybe Obama will check his watch (G. H. W. Bush), sigh a lot (Al Gore), or otherwise say or do something that will hurt him, or Romney will tell us what tax breaks he’s going to get rid of, which will shock the public and hurt him with voters. As I said, anything can happen.

But what Social Justice?

8.5% Unemployment
Health-Insurance Premiums Up due to Obamacare
2% Tax on all Medical devices making Health-Care overall automatically up 2% due to Obamacare
$1-Trillion deficits placed on the backs of America’s children
Gas Prices up and rising
Food prices up and rising
Standards of living at an all-time low
46 Million on Food Stamps

That’s Justice??? :eek::mad:

Rassmussen has Romney leading Obama in Iowa, but the other pollsters have Obama leading.

Yes I have read some , for lack of a better word, disgraceful endorsements for Obama by Catholics. When challenged they shrug or bring up previous positions that Romney held.

Just the fact that Romney has the guts to utter the words “pro life” running for the highest office in the land is a great step foward for the unborn. Of course much more needs to be done.

Poll: Plurality say polls biased for Obama

Was Romney pro choice when he was in Massachusetts?

The media is making it seem close to hook you into staying tuned…its not close, its over. Popular vote does not elect the president, like it or not, its the Electoral Vote. And, once again the GOP (and, yes Romney from the Catholic prespective may be the favored one), has nominated another in the long string of unelectable candidates!

Ronald Reagan passed the most pro abortion law in the US when he was governor.
Romney ran as a prochoicer, but governed as a pro-lifer.

Was Abbey Johnson pro choice when she worked for Planned Parenthood?

let’s not even bother to vote!!!

Esp after reading this… lifenews.com/2010/11/07/obamaabortionrecord/

They’ll regret it when it costs them eternity.
