Should we attend a Jehovah's Witness Bible study?

Hello Brothers and Sisters:
I am very active at church and wanted to check on the appropriate action to take. My wife was in a very bad car wreck. She spent three months in the hospital and the rehab home. She had a friend who often visited her and prayed for her and with her. This friend has recently asked her to attend a bible reading at a local lodge at one of the parks. This friend is also a Jehovah Witness. She wants to attend as a friend only. As she cannot drive I would have to take her there. Would there be a conflict with Catholic church if we were to attend as friends and observe only?
May God bless you and all you do
