I ask you to help Dixieagle now as you helped your foster-child Jesus,
and as you have helped many others in the matter of housing.
They wish to sell this house quickly, easily, and profitably
and I implore you to grant their wish by bringing them a good buyer,
one who is eager, compliant, and honest, and by letting nothing impede
the rapid conclusion of the sale.
Dear Saint Joseph, they know you would do this for them
out of the goodness of your heart and in your own good time,
but their needs are very great now and so I must make you hurry on their behalf.
Saint Joseph, Please forgive me. I have placed you in a difficult position
by asking this in such an urgent manner.

O glorious St. Joseph, faithful follower of Jesus Christ, to thee do we raise our hearts and hands to implore thy powerful intercession in obtaining from the benign Heart of Jesus all the helps and graces necessary for our spiritual and temporal welfare, particularly the grace of a happy death, and the special favor we now implore (state your petition).

Update: we received a signed contract shortly after this prayer request. Tomorrow we should find out if the condo appraised at the selling price. Prayers that it does, and that buyers get their financing would be much appreciated. This has been a long haul! Many thanks!
