URGENT prayer for my Dad right now - Warrant of arrest

I am begging you for prayers. After attending Mass this noon I was about to eat lunch and I checked my phone. I received a text from my brother to pray for our Dad, because cops were in the premises and had a warrant of arrest for my Dad. The text was sent while I was at Mass so I didn’t get to check it immediately. As you know my Dad has a lawsuit filed by a person, with claims based on falsehoods. I posted a thread about it. forums.catholic-questions.org/showthread.php?t=815200 I was shaking and I felt my heart beating so fast. I decided to run back to the chapel and prayed again really hard.

Now I don’t know what has happened since, it’s 1:45 pm right now. I ate some of my lunch and didn’t finish it, as I was in a hurry to run back and post this prayer request. I have been praying for a long time for this lawsuit and problems to be favorable to my dad, both the processes as well as the resolutions.

Lord God, on the feast of Our Lady’s Assumption, please protect my dad, and send your holy angels to send those cops away with futile efforts, leaving my dad still there safe and unscathed, and please foil the ill-intentioned plans of the person/s harassing and bothering my dad, that all of them may miserably fail. Cover my dad with Your most Precious Blood and do not permit him to be harmed by ill-intentioned people, whether directly or indirectly, now and forever, including everything that he owns both tangible and intangible. Do not permit those cops or any ill-intentioned people to be able to even enter their premises now and forever.

Send Your Angels to comfort and strengthen Fin’s Dad, and his family members.
Please resolve this situation quickly with compassion and wisdom.

Lord God, please give fin and dad and family, strength and protection. Open the minds and hearts of those who seek their ruin. I pray the mercy and justice will prevail. I beg for a solution, an outcome, and results favorable to fin, dad, and family. Bless their lawyers and legal team with extraordinalt knowledge, wisdon, skill, understanding, and an abiding concern for fin’s dad and their family. Amen.

Hi everyone,

Thank you so much for the prayers. My Dad is safe, however this is not yet over. As I have said in my OP, I knew of this incident at around noon yesterday. I was at work, and we had training in the afternoon,and a meeting at night. I didn’t reply to my brother or asked what had happened so far. All throughout I tried to keep on praying in my mind, praying the Divine Mercy chaplet, asking for Our Lady’s protection and of the holy angels, St. Michael, praying the Rosary. Our meeting finished later than scheduled. My phone rang and I saw it was my Dad (thanks be to God!).

When I got home I found out the details. The ‘police’ who had the ‘warrant of arrest’ were in plainclothes, and one of them was dressed in the uniform of a delivery service employee. The security guard tried to bar them from entering but there were several of them and they forced their way in. What’s with the warrant is the strangest thing. They said that the trade association my dad is a part of didn’t pay social security for employees. And we were like, huh? It’s an association, it’s non-profit, and it’s not a business, how come is has social security? And the employees are like only 1 or 2. And how come there was no notice, and they just immediately have a warrant? A lot of things are very fishy. And my dad doesn’t know anything about this, he’s not very involved in the association, and he’s not in charge of this, he has a lot of thing to do on his hands. During that time, my dad called up the lawyer of the association, and the lawyer said to pay them off in the meantime (like I said, this is not in the US, police here are known to be untrustworthy and corrupt). One of the members who has a sickness was not shown respect and was also harassed by those police.

This is not yet over. One of my dad’s friends who also received the warrant called him up, and said they need to post bail. They’re also investigating the ‘warrant’ and the ‘case’ if they’re real, because nobody knew of it, and nobody received any kind of notice or warning ever. He already expended a lot of money for the extortion earlier, and know he has to pay again. My sister said that the office needs to have a bolt, and the need to be really strict with strangers ringing the doorbell and such.

My dad is not going in for work today. We’re concerned for his safety, and he also has an appointment at the clinic.

Please continue praying for my Dad and for us, for our protection and safety. We don’t know if they’ll find out our home address, so we also have to be careful.

Lord, we pray that all the things related to these events would process and end favorably for my dad and his companions. They didn’t have anything to do with this and it’s not their fault. Please bring them safety, security, comfort, and peace, that their names would be cleared.
