And, I don’t think that you think it is really tragic. 😃
I have not posted one word that would lead you to believe that I find the murder of any person, regardless of race or creed, to be anything less than tragic.

This thread is about the trial of a 15 year old kid, Muhammed Abu Khdeir who was kidnapped, beaten and burned alive by three israeli settlers. The trial is going on now, and this week marks a year since his tragic death. The adult settler is claiming insanity and the two younger ones are claiming - youth.

Let us hope that Muhammed Abu Khdeir’s most tragic and torturous death unites people and serve as a stepping stone for peace. This must start with rendering a just sentencing that will be paid

A 15 year old, American Palestinian, while visiting Israel suffered beatings and abuse at the hands of Israeli soldiers: After brutal police beating, Palestinian-American Tarek Abu Khdeir, 15, sentenced to home arrest without charge - See more at: mondoweiss.net/2014/07/palestinian-american-sentenced#sthash.9KMP2y3I.dpuf

Will the israeli government render justice or send to the illegal settlers and soldiers an encouraging signal to keep going with their violation of the human rights of non-Israelis?

You’ve already posted the story. It is very tragic when a life is lost.

Does that mean Israel is anti-Semitic?
No. That’s silly.

Israel is a very tolerant country. I’ve talked to a lot of Californians who vacation to Israel. Most of the Jews who live there are half Arab. They’re called Jewish Arabs or “Mizrahi”, and make up the majority of Jews in Israel. 🙂

…There just happens to also be a large amount of European Jews living there as well… The “Ashkenazi Jews”. 🙂

Many Muslims believe that the reason Jews are successful in anything they do is because they posess “black magic”. They percieve the Jewish State as a state built on black magic, and the murder of a Palestinian is seen as a black magic sacrifice.

What is tragic is that you are participating on this thread to assert and promote your blind pro-israelism position, distract attention from the horror Muhammad Abu Khdeir suffered and the great injustice the Palestinian people are suffering and haven’t even bothered to read the articles.

15 year old, Mohammed Abu Khdeir was brutally beaten and burned alive. Obviously, the picture of the beaten 15 year old you see in the second story is not Mohammed Abu Khdeir - it would otherwise be of a burned corpse.

The second picture is of Takek Abu Kdheir, also 15 years old at the time, who was protesting the brutal murder of his cousin Mohammed Abu Khdeir prior to the funeral and the Terrorist Israeli Soldiers (TIS) beat him up and ‘kidnapped’ ‘arrested’ him. Only to release him later and have the court find he had done no wrong doing. But, of course, nothing was done to the soldiers.

The Qur’an talks about black magic in surat Al-Baqarah: “And they followed what the Shaitans chanted of sorcery in the reign of Sulaiman, and Sulaiman was not an unbeliever, but the Shaitans disbelieved, they taught men sorcery and that was sent down to the two angels at Babel, Harut and Marut, yet these two taught no man until they had said, “Surely we are only a trial, therefore do not be a disbeliever.” Even then men learned from these two, magic by which they might cause a separation between a man and his wife; and they cannot hurt with it any one except with Allah’s permission, and they learned what harmed them and did not profit them, and certainly they know that he who bought it should have no share of good in the hereafter and evil was the price for which they sold their souls, had they but known this.” (Al-Baqarah: 102 )

Some say Santaria, voodoo and hoodoo are offshoots of Roman Catholicism mixed with black magic.

My apprentice is a Cuban immigrant who practices Santaria. He’s older than me actually and his father is a Santaria priest. He carries a leather sack in his pocket at all times which is actually the scrotum of a lamb. He said that many of the people who use his fathers ‘advice’ often become afraid of making any decisions on their own.

Please show my post that promotes “blind pro-israelism position”.

Actually, I am not subscribing to any view on this thread despite what another poster has alleged. I simply stated that all death is tragic. 🤷

You are right, the Israeli-Palestinian situation is complicated and it is important to look at the information from both points of view.

😛

Unfortunately, this is so. However, as Christians, we must remain balanced and charitable in such discussions, as you demonstrate so well in all of your posts on CAF.

If we cannot approach these topics in a rational manner, then what hope is there for a peaceful solution?

You must have confused me and Jharek somehow. No worries. 😉 😛
