Bridle and bit . .

Hi out there…I did think that I had read I think it was in Matthew quite some time ago, words to this effect…

"be not like a mule needing bridle and bit…"

I’ve done a search in my online Bible, but can find nothing even vaguely similar anywhere.
Any assistance/advice sure would be appreciated.

Also if you could give me the link for a Catholic Online Bible with a good search engine…that too would be muchly appreciated.

They have several different search types at the bottom of the page. It’s not the Catholic eddition but they do have all the books, some are jsut hidden in the Apocrypha. I reckon they forgot where they are supposed to go. 🙂

Thank you very much for the above Trelow…I did think it was in the New Testament, but obviously I am wrong; nevertheless the above has real meaning for me and perhaps I was meant to read it. Thank you, and also for the link to the site.
