The article states twice that +Pell is the third most senior cleric in the Catholic Church. Where are they getting that?
Certainly not in terms of precedence… and in terms of the Curia, does the very new position of Prefect of the Secretariat for the Economy really outrank the prefects of the more historic Congregations?
A nitpick perhaps, but they’re making a big deal of him being “third after the Pope”. He’s just one of dozens of cardinals.
