I am trying to deepen my understanding of scripture and Church history. I have some useful scripture guides but I was wondering if there is a recommended “Workbook” cirriculum for adultson the market - where you’re given certain reading assignments and then there are questions or “quizzes” to respond to at the end of each chapter? Even if its just a “discussion guide” at the end of a chapter, that would be appealing to me.

Essentially, it’d be like taking a class but at home and on my own time.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

I have thought about writing something along the lines you are looking for, but it is daunting task. I hope you find something you find useful.

Gayle Buckley’s series works through the Bible from Catholic perspective. She is a parishioner of my church:

I’m excited - I just signed up for one of the courses in that Catholic Home Study Service.

I’m quite interested in learning alot more about the Holy Spirit. Anyone know of specific coursework/learning materials on this topic?

Thank you all for the links. I’ve been looking for a Catholic Bible study type thing and I just signed up for the Catholic Home Study (it has the advantage of being free unless you’d like to donate). I hope you like it, too, brandy!
