What do you make of this? I think it’s great that Chavez is doing it, even though I don’t think it will have the great effect he thinks it will. I mean really, what is he going to accomplish?It is delivering cut-price heating fuel from Citgo, a company wholly owned by the Venezuelan government. Mr Chavez is pumping goodwill as well as the oil into the homes of thousands of needy Americans.
