January 12 is the feast of St. Marguerite Bourgeoys, foundress of the French Canadian Congregation de Notre Dame.
They have been in their latest – seventh – motherhouse for 13 years now. They have a video on YouTube regarding the “greening” of the building.
Another YouTube video shows a Sister folding a piece of paper like the old cornet (headpiece) she used to wear.
