Holy Water Returned to Fonts for Lent!

Our priest has returned the holy water to the fonts for Lent! 🙂

Last week, after reading the thread on the removal of holy water for Lent, I spoke to our parish council about it, and showed them the printed copy of that excerpt from the Congregation of Divine Worship that states holy water should not be removed until Holy Thursday. Our priest took action and we have holy water in our fonts again!

Has anyone else tried this approach?
 
Sure did, a week before Ash Wednesday, when I noticed the holy water fonts were not being refilled, and were way down on holy water. Printed it out, distributed several copies to the right people. The holy water fonts are filled to the brim.
