There was no priest so there was no Mass to ‘take over.’ If a Mass didn’t start on time and the priest was nowhere in sight, I’d leave. I read the article and there is no hint as to why this person had any inclination to take over anything.

The lady decided to lead prayers as there was no priest
r own agenda
So in effect she took over what was to be mass. Stood up in the sanctuary and “preached” her own agenda re equal rights. ie abused her self appointed spotlight
