The ONLY error, and the speech as a whole, especially for Biden, was very good. Why dwell only on the negative, as if Trump never makes any errors in HIS speeches?
One other point: I never knew that Biden is/was a stutterer. That would explain some of his gaffes.

Biden is his own man. He was always good at compromise in the Senate, working with Republicans such as John McCain. Obama is a different sort. And Ocasio-Cortez is still another category. Democrats, like Republicans, are not all the same.

The speech by the young man with a stutter brought me to tears. What a brave young man.
My son doesn’t stutter, but he had years of speech therapy due to mutism following a brain injury.
Joe Biden’s speech gaffes are explainable because of the stutter, and the aneurysm.
My son slurs his speech when he’s tired. Sometimes he says things that are silly or abrupt.

I think that’s because Obama has a goal in mind and sticks to it. And, yes, he is a good speaker. McCain was a good speaker, too. The Al Smith dinner they did together was hilarious.
Trump’s skill is is rambling soliloquies that touch on topics the audience wants to hear. When he reads a well-written speech is comes across as a hostage video.
I think they are vocal, but I’m not sure how much power they have. Are they analogous to the Tea Party on the right?
