I understand there is a Benedictine Monastery producing licit bread to be used for the Eucharistic Liturgy that is low in wheat and therefore safer for those people with allergies or celiac spew. Has anyone else heard of this and could you direct me to the correct information?

? “low in wheat” It’s only made with Wheat and Water. Take out too much of the Wheat and all you have is water.

Low Gluten Hosts is a more correct term.
