Mistakes in the past, trying to get employment

hi there everyone. My husband has been applying for jobs and has been offered a really good one. What we have now is not working out very well and we are not making ends meet well at all. This job would be a good opportunity for us to finally get a house for our kids and pay off our debt - to help us get off assistance. But like a lot of people my husband has a few things in his past like a DUI after a very traumatic event in our lives, and an intoxication from his college years (not driving, but just intoxicated). They are going to do a background check and I’m worried they will pass him over because of these things. Please pray that he gets this job - we can’t go on like this and are about to lose everything.

Jenna, I pray your husband will not be passed over from the job offer because of the background check.
