If we without willing it experience sexual pleasure (not in the context of marriage) do we have to not enjoy it?

Catechism:

Lust is disordered desire for or inordinate enjoyment of sexual pleasure

How do we not enjoy sexual pleasure if (by accident) it occurs? Thanks!

Sexual pleasure is only for the married. If you happen to be cuddling with your the person your courting and one happens to get aroused, then one should stop the activity that is getting one aroused. Otherwise it may go too far and you may sin.

But if you experience sexual pleasure, how do you not enjoy it?

You can’t. The idea is contradictory. If you perceive something as pleasure, you by definition are enjoying it.

Can you give a more concrete example of the scenario you’re thinking of?

If you experience an orgasm (without wanting to) how do you not enjoy that?

You have gone too far if that is the case. Stay away from any occasion where something like this can even start to happen. Go talk to a priest.

You can’t not enjoy it. If it was truly out of your control (like you had a wet dream or something) then you didn’t sin, since consent and knowledge were lacking.

But what if it happens during normal or necessary activities?
If you are randomly ejaculating during normal activities in day to day life, you need to speak to a doctor.

Oh, I apologize. Then yeah, it’s out of your control. You can’t make yourself not perceive something pleasurable as pleasurable. But none of this is sinful unless you’re deliberately trying to stimulate yourself.

It is accidental. You cannot commit a grave sin with an accidental “happening”.

OP, if you are past puberty and not having regular sex, sometimes it is possible for you to experience a spontaneous orgasm. It usually would happen in your sleep, but can happen at other times.

As long as you weren’t doing anything to bring it on, such as masturbation, fantasy, reading porn novels etc, don’t worry about it and just dismiss it as the body doing what the body will do. If it starts happening excessively then see a doctor as there are people who have this like every day and in that case it can be a nuisance and a medical problem. Also in some cases it can be caused by a temporary medical condition such as hemorrhoids or perimenopause. But for most people it will just happen once in a while and it’s no big deal.
