Oh no...psychosis agian!

I’m not supposed to watch horror movies, because I can’t seperate fiction from reality. Now I am seeing and hearing what I watched in Silent Hill. I snuck and watched it 'cause I was bored. I have a friend who is from hell that only I see, she is telling me to slit my throat with my sword. I’m not going to cause she tells me that alot and I’m stronger than that…but things are really building up here. I’ll probably have a panic attack. plz pray for me. I am watching it over and over again on youtube.

Djamu, say a prayer to St. Micahel the archangel to help you fight this, stay away from You Tube and call your psychiatrist RIGHT AWAY. Don’t wait! Pray to your guardian angel, too. I’ll be praying for you.

thankyou very much those who prayed for me. My panic attack lasted for 2 hours, and then it went away and I felt so much better. thanx so much, I think god intervened here.

Djamu, please, don’t do that to yourself again. Stay away from the things that you know are harmful to your mental health. Resist the urge to give in to boredom. Next time, if you are bored, go to the EWTN library online and find something to read, their library is full of great stuff.
