And yet the same pope speaks regularly of the “new Pentecost” that was Vatican II.

The cognitive dissonance is astonishing…
 
I think what the pope meant in this case was, there aren’t many new seminarians/priests in Europe who aren’t what he would call “rigid.”
 
I get the impression you aren’t the biggest fan of the Holy Father.

Exactly what did he say in this article that indicates that?
 
I saw this story awhile ago, and it certainly is a travesty what happened there. The reasons they gave for dissolving the order were pure nonsense as well.
