Priests Looking for parish for summer vacation

We are a group of priests studying in Rome and we will like to spend our summer vacation in a parish in the US offering pastoral services, etc. We will welcome any opportunity available. Thanks.
 
Please consider European areas or areas outside of America as well, there is a real lack of priests in many areas of the world.

In the Diocese of Oklahoma City, we have a real shortage of priests, since many of our parishes have are so far away from one another, or many times one priest serves several parishes. The priest at my parish also serves at a parish 30 minutes away.

I don’t mean to spam you, but please look into CYSC.com … It’s an amazing ministry, and one that has changed countless lives- they can always use more priests
 
Galveston-Houston does this to allow parish priests a vacation. Ours comes from Nigeria every year. Really, you should look to where you would like to take a break and check with that diocese. I bet they would line up. I have even offered the priests that do this a spare room if they can’t find a parish, just to take a break.

One more crazy thought, though it may not be possible. Scouts often take trips that are quite the work out, but very scenic. I have heard of priests sometimes accompanying them. I do not know what would be involve, but that would be quite the adventure.

I bet a visiting out-of-country priest will have no shortage of opportunities.

I’d imagine you’d want to contact various Dioceses instead of just asking random lay people (and occasional priests) here.
 
how many priests are in your group? Are you looking to all stay together or near one another?

We are four (4). Staying together in the same diocese will not be a problem.

Thank you very much. So far response from two dioceses has been negative. we hope for the best.
 
Perhaps a couple of details will help.

Are you funding the trip yourselves or will you need the host Diocese/Parish to sponsor the trip?

Do you already have letters from your Bishop stating that you are in good standing, etc.?
