If God is the source of all things, wouldn’t that mean that evil would have to come from Him as well? I do get that all the things that He has made is all good, but where did the possibility of evil come from?

Evil is a lack of God. He is not present in it, but He is present in us. It is not His creation. It is not an affirmative, but rather, a negative. Before creation, there was no evil, as there was no one and nothing to reject God. A creature must make that conscious decision, and the devil lead the way. The liar and father of lies is the source of evil.

God is the creator of every action. There is no creator except God. The meaning of evil is disobeying God and human free will do that. Human make things evil or good by choices and actions. For instance fire is good to cook meals and to heat. But if someone abuse fire to fire a house the we cannot call fire as evil but action of firing house is evil which is conclusion of our fault.

God create in all situations but responsibility is belong to human’s free will. For instance if someone kill other yet God create the action of killing. But responsibility is belong to free will of killer. God give human free will to select evil or good and God create after human choosing. There are devils who always struggle to deceive human but God had sent many prophets to not commit sins. And God give many divine influence by angels to not obey devils. If someone make himsels a good receiver of divine influences hence devils cannot deceive so easily. God had cerated devils and creating of devils is not evil. If human can fight against devils hence human can get many good deeds. And through struggling against Satan human can get love of God. If there would not be possibility of doing evil so human would not be able to get love of God so easily.

Death, ilnesses, disasters etc cannot be called evil. And human do not choice or want most of them. But if human think and consider only the life on the world then human cannot understand reasons of those disasters. At least human do not commit/gain sins by those disasters so they are not evils. Human may be suffered from them but if human could be patient and do not rebel God then human will get many good deeds. God may forgive many sins of human because of suffering and not rebeling.

Where does evil come from? Bad father and mother, bad friends, bad educational system…

Evil exists beyond people. If it didn’t, your position implies that people are inherently evil. Evil existed before people and it influences them to take it into their lives.

Evil came due to the freedom creation has by definition of being ‘loved’ by God.

Evil’s source would then be the creation that uses that freedom to reject God and His laws.

That is not to point a finger - a good man sins many times a day.

Recognizing being perfectly loved by He who we offend, is our hope, that we might one day be reconciled most fully with God.

Press on and fight for good.
