No because RCIA is a Liturgical RITE. It’s much more than just instruction or Catechesis which is the part of it that could take place with private instruction or even self-study on-line. However all the Rites within the RCIA stages would have to take place within a liturgy at the parish you will be joining. We have had people because of jobs not be able to attend tuesday evening sessions. We offer an all day Saturday session now and then that covers 6 or 8 topics. A person may sign up for those specific topics that they have missed and want to attend. They may take the handout material (we, at least I have lots of it) study it, or even get a copy of my Power Points and look at them on their own if they miss a session. But even those who attend Saturday or study some sessions on their own MUST participate in the Liturgical Rites at the parish on Sundays when they take place.
