Here’s a movie premise that’s sounds so bad, it could be so good! Especially if the actors play it seriously! Apparently Samuel L Jackson signed on for this just from laughing after reading the title of the script!

There are snakes on planes everyday that FedEx or DHL delivers. All of my snakes came to me via airplane since none of them originated in my state.

As a herpetophile I am critical of this type of movie because it will encourage an attitude of fear about snakes. Just the small teaser that I saw had enough misinformation and misrepresentatation of snake behavior in it to lead me to the conclusion that it could be detrimental.

After Jaws people actually believed that it was a good thing to indescriminatley slaughter sharks. Sharks are not evil and neither are snakes.
