Son of 'Real Housewives of Miami' Star Charged in Homeless Attack

The son of a “Real Housewives of Miami” star plans to plead not guilty to charges of simply battery for allegedly assaulting a homeless man, his lawyer said.

Peter Rosello, son of “Real Housewives of Miami” star Alexia Echevarria, was charged with simple battery with prejudice Wednesday, according to Miami Beach police. Due to hate crime law, his charges are a felony instead of a misdemeanor because the victim is homeless.

It’s disgusting how some people hate the homeless!

Of all the things I will never understand…people attacking defenseless homeless people is one of them. :nope:

Well I’m glad that after all of the times I’ve passed by and declined the woman who stands in front of my campus trying to get people to donate for the homeless and buy their newspaper (the homeless shelter makes them) I was happy I happened to have a $10 on me and gave it to her.

I may be one of the “heartless” types who look at the corner peddlers and think to myself with a “get a job” mentality, but for God’s Sake…these are human beings people, they do not deserve to be treated with such evil.

I hope justice is delivered to avenge that poor homeless person.
