During a discussion with Kevin on Non-religious forum when he said that ‘Mass is constantly being celebrated somewhere around the world’, it occured to me what a Missionary once told me.

They said Catholicism is spread across the globe, the Sacrted Host is constantly being elevated, Communion constantly being distributed, the Gloria constantly being prayed, the Lords Prayer constantly being recited 27/7

It makes one so proud while also very humble 🙂
 
That makes me feel so good.

Reminds me of that prayer: “Prayer to obtain the Grace of all the Worlds Masses.”

Eternal Father, we humbly offer Thee our poor presence and that of the whole of humanity from the beginning to the end of the world, at all the Masses that ever have or ever we be prayed. We offer Thee all the pains, sufferings, prayers, sacrifices, joys and relaxations of our lives, in union with those of our dear Lord Jesus here on earth. May the Most Precious Blood of Christ, all His Blood and Wounds and Agony save us, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Amen!

A estimated 20,000 Masses are being celebrated at any given moment, 24/7!
