Objective truth is based on the reality existing apart from the mind (subjective truth), in the real world we find ourselves. A world that we come into contact from our birth to our death, it is external to us, has an existence apart from us. It is the object of our senses, and of mind. It is introduced to us through our senses, and understood by our minds. It is not a world subjected to our imagination. As a child we learn through our senses, then as we mature we develop ideas from the objects we sensed gaining knowledge, and as long as we can keep the knowledge we gain in union or consistent with the things we sense and experience we are thinking objectively, in union or contact with the real world. Revealed truth is truth revealed by God, it goes beyond what we can learn or sense from the world we live in, and it can be objective, that is, that some of the revealed truth is consistent with the facts we know in our objective world Divinely revealed truth is never in conflict with the objective truth of our world as God is the Creator of both. Truth is external to us, it comes to us from out side of ourselves and enters into our minds, we are not the originators of truth, we can originate fiction, but even that is based on truth for the ideas are taken in some way from objective reality There is no fiction without non-fiction.What is the difference between Revealed Truth and Objective Truth?
