Maria Elena Salinas and Jorge Ramos asked Obama tough questions about Fast and Furious and Obama gave a false answer. Well done to univison for investigating the truth. Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexicans have died and questions need to be answered by this admin

Sounds like Uninision is doing a better job at reporting on this story than most news oullets. 🤷

good for univision. i am glad they are doing a good investigation. Obama probably thought he could fool them as easily as he can the American people.

This party was a big story, I remember when it happened:

articles.cnn.com/2011-01-30/world/mexico.violence_1_ciudad-juarez-killings-house-party?_s=PM:WORLD Article on how the dead were remembered a year later.
The January 30, 2010, Villas de Salvarcar neighborhood house party slayings of 15 people – most of whom were students with no ties to organized crime – sparked outrage across the country and prompted multiple visits to the city by President Felipe Calderon. Fighting organized crime has been a focal point of Calderon’s administration, but before the killings Calderon was criticized for not visiting Juarez enough.
That F and F guns were involved in this is really bad news.

Cartel hitmen found that party and thought it involved a rival cartel and I guess shot it up with semi-automatic weapons, 15 or 16 innocents killed.

It was a national tragedy in Mexico and the President of Mexico even got in some trouble for prematurely saying or insinuating that those involved were probably involved in the drug trade and I believe later apologized for saying that.

Yikes! What an “Ugly American” scenario. Americans (well, Treasury Department and Justice Dept officials) funnel guns to Mexican drug cartels, and America at large seemingly ignores the resultant slaughter in Mexico, including drug thugs leaving pools of blood from murder victims glistening in the streets after shooting up a teen party in Juarez. But America didn’t know, not really. The liberal media couldn’t silence the outcry after the murder of Border Patrol officer Brian Terry, shot in the back by an F&F gun.

Fast & Furious has been camouflaged by blaming Bush, which floated a program that actually did release some weapons; but they had tracking devices on them; and the dumb idea was ditched. There has been nothing but stonewalling from the White House and lipsticking of this pig by their progressive confreres in the media. Univision did get the exclusive on the Mexican police report linking the Juarez massacre weapons to Fast and Furious. But what’s the excuse for the silence on Tampa’s “Castaway” and other parallel programs that showed Eric Holder et alii released greater numbers of weapons? It’s the mushroom mentality: Norteamericanos kept in the dark in a load of…

Billions of dollars was funneled to drug cartels by administration officials once more removing bureaucratic controls over fraudulent tax refunds as with F&F/Castaway (Treasury again). This story isn’t just under the radar, it’s extinct. Five million going to one address in Chicago? But it wasn’t this one…allegedly.

Well Said.

Also, this massacre actually takes place right across from El Paso Texas and why it is somewhat well known in this country than if it took place hundreds of miles in, still obviously just as bad no matter where it happens.

Just today there was a report that one border gaurd was killed and another injured in southern AZ,linked to fast and furious.

At this point, we don’t know if the weapons used are related to Fast and Furious.

But we do know that the Administration has acted against Arizona trying to enforce laws on the border.

I feel for the migrants trying to make their way but right now, the Borders, especially the Mexican side is a no-man’s land. The Cartels control or at least are in large parts of Mexico’s Northern border.

From the MRC:

MEDIA COVER UP MEXICO MASSACRE
Networks Continue Rigging Election by Spiking Univision’s Investigative Report on Obama’s ‘Fast and Furious’ scandal

In their continuing push to rig the election for Barack Obama, none of the three broadcast networks – ABC, CBS, or NBC – devoted a single second of coverage to Univision’s politically devastating investigative report about the Obama Administration’s lethal gunwalking scandal, Fast and Furious. According to an analysis from the Media Research Center, since Univision’s report broke on Sunday, not one of the broadcast networks has covered it on either their morning or evening programs. ABC’s decision to spike the news is particularly indefensible given that they have an excerpt of the Univision report on their official website.

Univision’s Gerardo Reyes and Santiago Wills reported “Indirectly, the United States government played a role in the massacre” of 14 Mexican teens in a one-story house by, “supplying some of the firearms uses by the cartel murders.” Univision discovered 57 additional guns provided by the ATF used by Mexican cartels.
The story obviously wasn’t newsworthy…that’s why it wasn’t covered. 🤷

This administration is a disaster, and the media should be ashamed.

What questions need to be answered? FAF was just one operation in a larger gun running program that began in 2006. It was only in 2010 that arrests were made and indictments filed for trafficking guns from Operation Wide Receiver (2006-2008) and most of the guns involved in that program weren’t recovered either and wound up in Mexico. Of course, no one wants to talk about whether or not they were used in any crime but at least we can say that the DOJ under the Obama Administration began acting on the evidence gathered from the previous operation. The DOJ hasn’t been paying much attention over the last six years but why isn’t anyone blaming the Mexican government for allowing their drug cartels to run wild? None of these programs would have ever existed in the first place if the Mexican government was doing its job. Stop blaming the President of the United States for the disgraceful internal affairs of Mexico.

We should not spin the truth.

The prior program had “tracking devices” on the gun. The prior program under Bush was wide receiver NOT fast and furious.

It was only the present justice administration that allowed these massive amounts of guns to be “walked over”. The weapons found are from Fast and Furious under Obama NOT wide receiver under Bush.
Here are the facts: there was an operation to crack down on cartel members and border crime under Bush, but it wasn’t Fast and Furious, and it was stopped approximately two years after it began because the Bush administration realized there was a loophole in it that could be exploited.
Besides being a completely different operation, “Wide Receiver” was miniscule in comparison to Fast and Furious. It involved only 400 to 450 guns, compared to 2500 in Fast and Furious, and every gun was equipped with a tracing/tracking device.
breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/09/21/Obama-Lies-Says-Fast-and-Furious-Started-Under-George-W-Bush

We all need to learn the facts.
Ironically, “Wide Receiver” resulted in well over a thousand arrests, whereas Fast and Furious has resulted in a few at best …

The prior program had “tracking devices” on the gun. **The prior program under Bush was wide receiver **NOT fast and furious.
I never said otherwise but they were both operations under the same program called Project Gunrunner. Tracking devices or not; the majority of the guns used in Operation Wide Receiver were never recovered and the DOJ under Bush never arrested or indicted anyone under that operation. It was only when the DOJ reviewed the evidence in 2010 that had been tossed aside by the Bush Administration two years earlier that arrests were made and indictments filed. None of this changes the fact that, ultimately, the Mexican government is to blame not Bush or Obama.
