The document signed has nothing to do with the UN - the article merely notes that UN representatives joined representatives of the aforementioned countries in signing it.

I don’t agree with what has been done either - Carlos Polo’s comments in the article are spot on. But please, read things before writing hackneyed old slogans which have nothing to do with what is being discussed.
