This is funny because I just found this journal as well! Actually, I just finished reading an article in the journal. I found that it wasn’t entirely over my head. It was very interesting actually and makes me seriously consider a subscription to the journal. The only thing preventing me, aside from funds at the moment (Being a student is painful sometimes), is the fear that it will be over my head. However, if most of the articles are like the one I read, I’ll draw benefit from it anyway.
