Because he is Catholic, I know and thus can agree with the meaning JSmitty attaches to the text.
 
Good point Angainor, we should be careful and look to see if JSmitty is faithful to the understanding of the text.

JSmitty are you in union with the Pope?

If he says yes then I completely agree with this statement, if not then I agree with the Catholic understanding of this verse.
Regardless I agree 100% in this Bible verse understood correctly.

(I was just trying to make a point on how we know proper interpretation, no offense intended)
