Age 72, raised devout Roman Catholic by sincere hard-working parents of strict but good character. Later rebelled, then returned to God in tearful repentance to God, trusting in the mercy of God in Christ. Soon even nature seemed new to me, though I often went to confession due to a heightened awareness of my sinful heart, while I became hungry to know how to serve God according to the Bible.
Seeking to serve God, I became lector and CCD teacher as a weekly and holyday mass participant. Went to a Catholic Bible study, and Catholic charismatic groups, looking more spiritual fellowship, while evangelical radio helped feed my Biblical truth-hungry soul.
After about 6 years, I prayer to God as to whether I should find a different church, and He manifestly answered my prayer, which led me into evangelical fellowship and more service, thanks be to God.

The redeemed are those who have been spiritually born of the Spirit by effectual, penitent, heart-purifying, regenerating faith in the crucified and risen Divine Son of God, sent be the Father to be the Savior of the world, who saves sinners by His sinless shed blood, on His account. In contrast to those who were never born of the Spirit or who terminally fall away. Glory and thanks be to God.
