I was listening to Tim Staples on the radio and he mentioned that there are 13 or 14 thou shalt and thou shalt not’s in the books of Exodus and Deuteronomy. Does anyone know all the shalt’s and shalt not’s?

In the New Testament they have been summed up in 2 commandements.
Love God with all your heart and all your soul and all your mind
Love your neighbour as yourself.
This is all you have to worry about. If you try to implement them you will not have to worry whether there are 5 or 10 or 14 or 15 etc in the Old Testament.
