15 secret sufferings of Jesus, Authentic?

I came across this devotion of the 15 secret sufferings of Jesus and I was wondering if this is approved by the church, it seems to be a private revelation. This link says it was (is) ok’d by a Pope, anyone can make a claim, how do I find out if this is an ok devotion?

Well, since it’s private revelation, you can choose to practice the devotion or not. I’ve read about it once, and I don’t think it contradicts Catholic teaching at all, so it should be fine.

I practice a bunch of devotions based on private revelation: Divine Mercy, Chaplet of St. Michael, Miraculous Medal, Brown Scapular, and Blue Scapular.
