The Barinous Press Missal has 280 more pages (in smaller print) than the Missal from Angelus Press. Does anyone know what the differences in content may be between these two Missals?

There are reviews of both missals on amazon.com.

I personally use the a Angalus Press Roman Catholic Daily Missal 1962.

Highly recommended.

I use the Angelus Press missal and love it!🙂

But, I’ve never tryed the Baronius Press missal.
 
I have an Angeles Press 1962 missal and a Baronius Press DR Bible. I like the quality of the Angeles Press better.

As to the content differences, well I can’t say really say. I do know that sometimes just a minor difference in type size can make a huge difference in number of pages.
 
My Angelus Press missal has tons of prayers, not just the Mass. I love it! I don’t know about the Baronius one.

The two hand-missals are substantially the same. The difference in length is mainly due to the fact that they missals use different sized paper and different fonts.
 
I am a dinosaur. I use my 1962 St. Joseph’s Daily Missal which was given to me me when I was Confirmed in March, 1963. There have got to be a lot of those old missals hanging around out there in dresser drawers and such. DW has hers and both of us have our “little” missals from when we made our First Communions in the 50s.

Check with your parents and grandparents, you guys. You may have missals you didn’t know you had.
 
I have both the Angelus and Baronius missals. They are both good quality but I prefer the Angelus. It is easier to read and hold.
