Hey Guys.
I was just reading up on some articles about all of the statues of the virgin mary weeping, and I noticed that the majority of the statues that were weeping were in catholic churches which were supposed to be closing down, and some were actually seen in other churches of different religions, and these weeping statues are seen as miracles by many people.
But I was also thinking that since these miracles of wheeping statues are seen in all different churches, what if it was the work of the devil trying to confuse people about their religion, or if the devil could be doing this to mess with peoples heads. Does this sound like it’s a horrible thing to be thinking??? because if it is the work of the virgin mary and i’m thinking it could be the work of the devil, doesn’t that tie in with the unforgivable sin?
I’ve heard that the unforgivable sin is not accepting jesus’s forgivness and dieing with a hardend heart, or in mortal sin, but why does the church believe this because if you read in the scriptures it says clearly that the unforgivable sin is saying that the miracles of God are actually the work of the devil. So why does the church see the unforgivable sin as something so different than what is written in the scriptures so clearly?
My 2 questions are:
I’m slowly learning more stuff about my faith, But there is A LOT to learn! And this forum helps A LOT, so thank you all.

My 2 questions are:
- Is it horribe that i’m pondering the thought of these weeping mary’s to be the work of the devil when they are works of a holy power? and would this be seen as a miracle of the virgin Mary or God?
- Why does the church believe that the unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus’s forgiveness, when it says so clearly that the unforgivable sin is saying that God’s miracles of the devil?
