3 more days, and my wife will be off of ‘the pill’. I hope she stays off! Maybe by experiencing life, she’ll be more open to welcoming it in the future. I’m 26 and she’s 35…she’s not really open to having a huge family so I guess we’ll see.

We’ll be hoping that God will bless us with our first child soon!

I’m a bit scared, but I am tired of living just for myself and my wife. Tired of being selfish.

I hope that others that are feeling the same way take the plunge!

congrats!!!

With her being 35 you don’t really have a chance of a large family, but God willing you will maybe have 3-4. If she has been on contraception for years she may not be able to conceive any longer. I will pray for you guys.

I’m a bit scared, but I am tired of living just for myself and my wife. Tired of being selfish.

I’ll be praying for you. I was 38 when I had my first child. It was only after I came back to the Church after an 18 year absence, living selfishly with my husband for the past seven years. But by the Grace of God He woke up my heart and having my baby was the best thing we’ve ever done. Sure it’s tiring and a lot of work, but miraculously, he’s helped us with our patience, teaching us more than we imagined. And the joy of having him is indescribable. We’ve never been so happy.

God knows what’s best for us.
