Well I blew today since I’m just seeing this, but am interested. I could use a spiritual reset, along with our country…
 
I’m going to try to do the prayers. The additional fasting, exercise and giving up “conventional media” and Internet etc aren’t for me though, especially in the middle of a very hot summer when I barely watch “media” anyway. The whole program sounds a lot like Nineveh 90 and one has to kind of be psyched up for that sort of program and focus on it, not have other responsibilities or other prayer devotions going on in their life IMHO.

I have a fasting regimen I already follow and best for me to just stick to that. I’ll be passing out, wrecking the car or having to spend a lot of time in bed if I tried to do all what is proposed.

I pray daily all year round, fasting is also easy for me several times a year, but no hope a bit can drive devils out!

See a phenomena of apparitions of Jesus and Holy Queen have occurred at my home for a month, but I saw them could stop everybody to inquiry, visit and pray,

just because the faith is so little Mathew 17:20

How I could hope to drive them out this country.
 
I am happy to see that someone is trying to do something along these lines. To think that Popes used to ask for prayers from all of Christendom!

The way I see it is anything I can do each day will add a little bit so I will do what I can, even if it is not all of it.

I feel the same way. I cannot do all that plus my other devotions, my job, and my other responsibilities. So I have to just do what I can.

I already have a fasting regimen and a prayer routine.

As for exercise, it’s currently as hot as Hades in my neck of the woods. I am on a break from exercise until the temperature and humidity levels go down to a more tolerable level.
 
I am doing the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy. I can apply the same intentions to each decade as well.
 
Bumping this thread because I think it’s really important, and I just saw it. I only fast on Fridays but I will consider what I can prudently participate in. Our country really needs this. Our Lady of Guadalupe, pray for us.
