Does She always grant us all our intentions…or does it have to be in gods will?..and your not asking for…like oh let me win alot of money or anything…but maybe like praying that your atheist bf can be converted and we can spend lives togetherin gods love…being happy…=(…

It has to be in God’s Will.
And praying it to win the lottery wouldn’t seem like a good bet to me, if you’ll pardon the pun.

That said, this novena really helped me when I prayed it.

God loves to hear prayer
when it has to do with the conversion of sinners.

And also, I will say a prayer for your atheist boyfriend.

Our Lady will intercede for you before the throne of God. Yes, your petition has to be in God’s will in order to be answered the way you want. God always knows what’s best, so pray and ask and have faith that you will receive the best possible answer.

It has worked for me before. Then I did it halfway – obtained my petition for healing-- but then I did about a week of thanksgiving phase and it petered out. I lost my healing. So please, as the instructions say, do the entire novena whether or not you received your petition. It DOES matter.

Yes, we must always pray for God’s will to be done, and if we ask for something that is not God’s will, it won’t happen.

That being said, it is always God’s will that we turn to Him, and your prayers will get extra graces sent to your boyfriend.

But what he does with them is up to him as God will not override his free will.

OTOH, we prayed the 54-day Rosary Novena, and it was hard and it was great. I learned a lot about prayer, got very good at praying the Rosary. If you do it, do NOT take a break afterwards, keep praying it just as you did while doing the novena!
