My husband and I are trying hard to grow in our faith after being away for a while. We have 3 children under the age of 3 years old. We are trying now to follow the natural family planning method for child spacing. Our problem is that we are becoming frustrated at the lack of oppertunity for sexual contact. Are there any sexual practices a married couple can partake in besides intercourse, on days when intercourse would potentially result in pregnancy (ex. oral sex, coitous interruptus, petting, etc) that are not sinful or against God’s plan for marriage?

Expressions of affection are certainly appropriate, but I don’t know of any genital activity that is appropriate. The examples you mentioned would be allowed as foreplay only.
