I can’t remember who said this
“Just remember marriage needs to be much better than 50-50, 90-10 each way gives you much more room to handle misunderstandings. The first year is always the toughest, don’t give up no matter what and keep praying together whenever possible”.
And “LittleM” with yes dear no dear, well ha ha ha I love it I’m gonna have a good time with all those thoughts.
Here is my recipe though, see if it has any place somewhere.
1: There is No right ( unless Jesus can be blessed) and no
wrong when we both have our mind on God’s will being done.
2: I DON’T know everything (thats why I chose a Godly woman)
so that I HAVE to listen to her, AND to God.
3: Now I come to your point…I have trained myself to accept when I make mistakes to even take time out come back after thinking about situations and appologise if there is a need …or… ask what she (or other)was getting at with out wanting to build the situation, or to have my say.( sometime there is no need for my say).
4: I have writen this out on my card

Love never says NO”
Love never says “I have not got time to help”
Love gives at all times and when it has nothing to give it goes to the provider(God) and askes for more to give.
Love thinkes not of themself but to what God would do in that instant.
*Love *takes Jesus as his father Mary as his mother therefore all people on this earth become my brother my sister there fore I love them all without discrimination. (love the sinner hate the sin).
Love remembers that on this earth all things are carnal and are bound to faulter, that’s why “God is God”.
Well I hope that these thoughts might help me get through my life on this earth although I know that I will be able to do greaster things when I am in Heaven.
