That was a lot of fun 🙂

But I think the phrase “lunatic fringe” is older than Teddy Roosevelte. I seem to remember reading it in a book about the 1870s or 1880s and it referred to when bangs came in style for girls, and the older generation mocked at it.
(I think maybe it was in one of the Little House books)
 
I’m best described by # 41 in the list of official English words.
 
Sometimes I think “there should be a word for that!”
And there are lots of them apparently.
#24 is my favorite. It happens quite a lot.
