A 13 year old, abortion approved

Because Florida law says it is her decision. Even her mother, whose parental rights have already been terminated, would have no say.

First of course the courts who have been out of control for a long time would have to be reigned back in;)
 
I believe that children should not be able to make that decision without the consent of a parent or guardian. In order for that to be the case, the Florida legislature needs to change the law.

It is situational in all events. I know some 13 year olds that are more mature than many 40 year olds.
 
I was irritated with this case to begin with, but now I’m mad as heck. I just found out that her lawyers are from the ACLU, the same people who openly push legalizing pedophilia and openly protect child rapists and killers.

These people even DEFEND the KKK!!!

Gee, yeah, I’m sure they have her best interests at heart. What a sick world when a 13 year old can go screw around on the streets, come back and kill her 14 week old baby, and la-dee-da nobody has a problem with it. Mark my words they will start giving high school student discounts for abortions. I bet you this won’t be her last one either.

And why in the world is it okay to go and kill a baby just because you can’t afford to take care of it? She could afford her lawyers though, huh. Good grief that’s what welfare and adoption are FOR!!!
