Why do we watch such things, and even worse, be entertained by them? In the context of real life, Catholics are obligated to dis-avow same sex unions.

But a recent study showed that 54% of us support them. We’re the largest religious group in the parts of America where TV is heavily produced (i.e. New York and LA) due to ethnic affiliation, so naturally we’d be playing and watching and being entertained by these types of characters and support these unions.
