In the last election, those who voted for personal gain gained nothing. Voting for values must always take precedent over personal gain. However, the good news for this election is that we can have both with one vote. The Romney – Ryan ticket represents both good moral values, jobs and prosperity for America. This is in stark contrast to the misinformation and moral, as well as the political, failings of Obama and the Democrats. This election boils down to a basic choice between good and evil.
The Romney – Ryan ticket represents good moral values – pro-life, pro-family, pro- traditional marriage, pro-religious freedom, etc.
The Obama – Biden ticket is radically pro-abortion, anti-family, pro-gay unions, anti-God, anti-religious freedom, etc.
It is critical that not only Catholics, but all people of faith, recognize the importance of tomorrow’s election and vote to protect the dignity of human life, the sanctity of marriage and our cherished religious freedom. If Obama is re-elected, then freedom, as we have known it is America, will disappear. The choice is clear. You can vote for Romney and the good of America, or you can vote for Obama and the destruction of America.
One last point; Scripture tells us that: “We know not the day nor the hour”. In the last election, how many people were there who voted for Obama on Tuesday, and were dead on Wednesday, or a week or a month later? How many died before they could realize the results of what they voted for? Let us therefore vote in a way that will produce the greatest moral good for the country. And don’t forget, that vote will be recorded in eternity.
